1、 When making a factory order，please select the price of “order”，minimum order quantities must be 30 pairs. Please note there are different minimum order quantities for some others items. Please view Information for production. Ordering from factory needs some extra time to be ready，30% of down payment is required，we will only start producing after receiving the 30% down payment. Note: Customized order required a 50% down payment，for example, LOGO ,laser item，special production items）

2、 All factory orders need 15-55 days of production, Majority of the items need 20-25days of production. Following is the information on production. We are giving the best effort to ensure a production able to meet the stated date of finish, but sometime there might have some technical error or difficultly in the factory that led to delay for 1 to 5 days. In that case, we will update you the progress. Information for production.

Generally, the sales team will provide you the time required for production. If we are unable the supply you on the stated time, and if the delay is more than 6 days, you can file a complaint on the sales person. You can make the complaint to the Manager, Mr. Kevin Kan, 86-138 1111 1151 or kevin@biilii.com . We will consider and treat your complaint seriously and sort you case immediately. Furthermore, we will compensate a USD$ 50 to USD$100 based on your filed case.
